Privacy

Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other companies' servers. The only personal data we collect is what you type into the early-access form.

The early-access list

If you join the list, we store your email address, what you said you'd measure first, where you came from (for example a link with ?ref=), and the time you signed up. We use it only to email you when RoomReady is available, and for nothing else. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us; we then delete your entry.

The list is stored with Supabase (Supabase Inc.) on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), under a data processing agreement. We keep your entry until the launch email has gone out and you have had a chance to download the app, or until you ask us to delete it.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify may process data in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Fonts

Fonts are served from this website itself. No requests go to Google or other font services.

The RoomReady app

Your scans stay on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to share it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Contact: [email address].
